The following interviews have been scheduled for the January
10, 1994, City Council meeting:
6:00 p.m. - George Zabee - Utilities Commission
6:10 p.m. - Robert Dreissig - Health Care Commission
6:20 p.m. - John Dietz - Library Board
6:30 p.m. - James Tacheny - Planning Commission
Applications for these applicants were included in your
December 20, City Council packet. If you do not have these
applications, please contact me and I will make them available
for you.
UTILITIES COMMISSION

There is one vacancy on the Utilities Commission. The Utilities
Commission appointment is for a three year term. George Zabee
has served two terms on the Utilities Commission beginning on
January 1, 1988. His current term expired on 12/31/93. Mr.
Zabee has submitted an application stating his desire for
reappointment to the Commission.
The City received no other applicants for the position.
HEALTH CARE COMMISSION
Two members' terms have expired on the Health Care Commission;
Robert Dreissig and Steve Dittbenner. Appointments to the
Health Care Commission are for three year terms. The Health
Care Commission was formed on July 1, 1991.
Robert Dreissig was appointed to the Commission on July 22,
1991. His term on the Commission expired on December 31,
1993. Mr. Dreissig is the Ambulance Staff Member
representative on the Commission. Robert has submitted an
application requesting reappointment. No other applications
were received for this position on the Health Care Commission.

Steve Dittbenner is the Ambulance Coordinator representative on
the Health Care Commission. His term also expired on December
31, 1993. steve has requested reappointment, but was unable to
interview with the Council at this time, due to a previously
scheduled teaching engagement. Staff will arrange reschedule
his interview at the next Council interview session.

James Tacheny and Don Spotts. Appointments to the Planning
Commission are for three year terms.
James Tacheny was appointed to the Planning Commission on
September 27, 1993, to complete Robert Emerson's term. Mr.
Tacheny's term expired on December 31, 1993. He has submitted
an application requesting reappointment to the Commission.
Don spotts term also expired on December 31, 1993.
