YIELD SIGN AT BALDWIN AVE./190TH AVE. NW
There currently is a yield sign at the intersection of Baldwin Ave.
at 190th Ave. NWi westbound traffic on 190th Ave. is supposed to
yield to northbound and southbound traffic on Baldwin Ave.
According to a neighbor in this area, vehicles are not yielding to
Baldwin Ave. traffic and this is creating a traffic hazard.
This past week-end there was a hit and run accident at this
intersection because of a vehicle failing to yield right of way to
a Baldwin Ave. vehicle. I am, therefore, recommending that this
yield sign be replaced with a stop sign so traffic can be more
effectively controlled.
