Appointments to the Health Care Commission are for three year
terms. The Health Care Commission was formed on July 1, 1991.
Steve Dittbenner was appointed to the Commission on July 22,
1991. His term on the Commission expired on December 31,
1993. Mr. Dittbenner is the Ambulance Coordinator Member
representative on the Commission. Steve has submitted an
application requesting reappointment. No other applications
were received for this position on the Health Care Commission.

5.3. - Commission and Board Applications Update
The application deadline for the Library Board and Planning
Commission is Friday, January 14, 1994. There is one vacancy
on both the Library Board and the Planning Commission.
As of today, January 13, the City has received one application
for the Library Board. I will update the Council further on
January 18, regarding the status of applications received.
