SUBJECT: PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR ELK PARK
CENTER
ISSUE
The developers have been meeting with various tenants that are
considering being part of the Elk Park Center project. Some of
the prospective tenants would require adjustments to the
preliminary plat presented previously to the City Council.
Although the adjustments would be minor, developers are
reluctant to move forward with the preliminary plat at this
time until those tenants have been confirmed, to avoid plat
amendments at a later date.
RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended the City Council continue consideration of
the preliminary plat of Elk Park Center until the February 7,
1994, City Council meeting. At that time, a complete
resolution with appropriate conditions will be presented along
with the preliminary plat.
