SUBJECT: BEER AND CIGARETTE LICENSE FOR
BEAUDRY EXPRESS
AGENDA ITEM 5.1
Ken Beaudry has made application for a nonintoxicating off sale beer license and for a
cigarette license. The licenses are being requested for the Beaudry Express which is a
new convenience store/gas station located on Proctor Avenue and Highway 10. Mr.
Beaudry has submitted the license fees and applications for both licenses.
e Recommendation
Staff recommends that the council approve the cigarette and nonintoxicating beer license
for Ken Beaudry.
