COMMISSION APPLICANTS
Planning Commission...The deadline for accepting applications for the Planning
Commission is Friday, January 28. As of the writing of this memo, the City has received
one application for the vacancy on the Planning Commission. This application was
submitted by Christopher Carr. The Council received Mr. Carr's application in the last
Council packet.

Library Board...Enclosed in your packet is a letter of resignation from the Library Board
from Debra Anderson. The City has received one application for the Library Board from
Mary Keiffenheim. This application is enclosed for your review.
COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED:
1. Motion to accept the resignation of Debra Anderson from the Library Board.

we have usedthe library for everything from research to social activities.
I believe that a good library serves all the people of the community in a great
variety of ways and I would Like to serve to implement these programs.
