PAY ESTIMATE #2 - TRUNK HIGHWAY 10 LIFT STATION
Attached is a copy of Pay Estimate #2 to LaTour Construction, Inc., in the amount of
$29,685 for work completed on the Trunk Highway 10 Lift Station. The original contract
is in the amount of$413,197.50, of which construction of $294,692.90 has been
completed. The City is holding retainage on this project of $20,659.88.
PAY ESTIMATE #3 - MEADOWV ALE HEIGHTS TRUNK UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS

The second Pay Estimate attached is Pay Estimate #3 to Richard Knutson, Inc., in the
amount of$135,953 for work completed on the Meadowvale Heights Trunk Utility
Improvements. To date, construction in the amount of $452,005.38 has been completed
and the City is holding retainage of$23,155.19.
PAY ESTIMATE #1- NORTHEAST AREA IMPROVEMENTS
The final attachment is a copy of Pay Estimate #1 to Richard Knutson, Inc., for work
completed on the Northeast Area Improvements. The Pay Estimate is in the amount of
$65,972.61. The Northeast Area Improvement Project consists of sanitary sewer and
water improvements within Hillside Estates Third Addition and watermain necessary for
use of the new water tower. This contract is in the amount of $163,065.20, of which
construction in the amount of $73,302.90 has been completed. The City is holding
retainage of $7,330.29 on this project.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Mark Graham of MSA Consulting Engineers has indicated that the work on each of these
projects has been inspected, the Pay Estimates have been reviewed, and he recommends
payment of all three Pay Estimates.
