TO MEMBERS OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, that a request has been made in
writing by Vice Mayor Farber for a special City Council meeting
for Monday, February 14, 1994, at 6:00 p.m., to be held at
Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, MN 55330.
The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss personnel
issues. The meeting will recess at 7:00 p.m. and reconvene
following the EDA meeting.

SPECIAL MEETING REQUIREMENTS
** A special meeting may be called by the mayor or by any two
members of the Council.
** The call must be in writing.
** The notice must be mailed to Councilmembers at least one day
before the meeting.
** Notice of the meeting including the date, time, place, and
purpose must be posted.
** Any matter can be transacted at a special meeting of the
council which would be valid at a regular meeting.
