TO PLAT OF "HILLSIDE ESTATES
FIRST ADDITION"

The surveyor that prepared the plat of Hillside Estate First Addition recently
discovered a typo had been made of the original plat recorded with Sherburne
County. The plat was recorded with a bearing reading 64 degrees. The
correct number should have been 69 degrees.
Since this error is merely a typo, the correction will have no impact on actual
field measurements or alter any lot dimensions.
To correct this error on the recorded plat, the City Council is requested to
approve a Certificate of Correction to Plat, whereby the document can be
recorded with Sherburne County and the changes be made appropriately to
the plat of record.

I, the undersigned Lynn P. Caswell, a Licensed Land Surveyor, Minnesota
License Number 13057, do hereby certify that I am the surveyor who
prepared the plat of HILLSIDE ESTATES 1ST ADDITION, City of Elk River,
Sherburne County, Minnesota, which was recorded June 26, 1992 as
Document Number 263867, in the office of the County Recorder in and for
said Sherburne County.
I do hereby also certify that the chord bearing of North 64 degrees 34
minutes 20 seconds East in the 10th line of the legal description on
Sheet 1 of 2 of said plat is incorrect.
I do hereby also certify that the chord bearing of North 64 degrees 34
minutes 20 seconds East, on the map, along the north line of 193rd
Avenue N.W., on Sheet 2 of 2 of said plat is also incorrect.
I do also hereby certify that the correct chord bearing for both of the
above is North 69 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds East.
