The applicant has not provided staff with all the necessary information for
review of the preliminary plat request. This particular application was
tabled at the February 22 Planning Commission meeting and unfortunately
will also be tabled at the March 23 Commission meeting since the
information has not been submitted.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff is recommending that the application by Joyce Mickelson for
preliminary plat review be tabled until the May 16, 1994 City Council
meeting.
