which are necessary in the filing of the ISTEA Grant for the trail/park

RESOLUTION 94 ·
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River agrees to be the sponsoring
agent for a grant proposal through the 1991 Intermodal Surface
Transportation Efficiency Act relating to trail systems in the City of
Elk River.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 28th day
of March, 1994.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River agrees to operate and
maintain any trail system constructed in the City of Elk River under
the 1991 lntermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River agrees to provide matching
funds of 20% or $50,400 cash and 25% or $64,750 City equipment and
labor for the railroad trial pedestrian/bicycle trail system as proposed
for the 1991 lntermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act grant
proposal.
