SUBJECT: OPEN FORUM WITH REP. JIM OBERSTAR
Please take note that Representative Jim Oberstar has scheduled several stops within the
Elk River area on Tuesday, March 29, 1994.

Of particular interest is a one hour meeting with persons and organizations that committed
time and energy to the Twin Cities MSA designation for Sherburne County. This meeting
is scheduled for 1:00 p.rn. on Tuesday at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway,
Elk River. Although the initial topic will be the MSA designation, this session also
represents an excellent opportunity for elected persons, appointed stall: health care
providers, associations, etc. to visit with Mr. Oberstar on other issues of concern.
Please extend this meeting notice to your elected officials. I look forward to seeing you
next Tuesday at 1:00 p.rn. at the Elk River City Hall.
