Citizens may defer special assessments if tlley are 65 years of age or older or retired by virtue of perlnanent and total disability. Discussion 1. In order to be eligible for the deferral, the applicant must meet tile 11ousellold income levels as establislled by resolution annually by tlle City Council. 1\.ttaclled is a resolution setting tlle lnaxitnum llousellold incolne lev"'els for 2006. _As in tlle past, tlle income le'lels are tlle same as tllose used for dle State of Ivlinnesota's Energy....Assistance Prograln. 2. rvlarcella E.
