A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED tllat tlle Elk River Police Department enter into an grant agreement
\vith the :NIinnesata Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for
tlle project titled S.l\FE & SOBER COI:vlIvlUNITIES during the period from
September 1, 2006 tllraugh September 30, 2007.
Chief Jeffrey Beahen is llereby autllorized to execute such agreements and
amendments as are necessary to implement the project on bellalf of the Elk
Ri~ler Police Departlnent and to be tlle fiscal agent administering tlle grant.
Passed and adopted this 7tll day of .i\.ugust 2006.
