Consider major park use by Mcoy's Pub for a downtown block party.

Fred Mcoy has requested to use the downtown park to place a stage for a block party. See
attached.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Recommend approval of major park use contingent on applicant obtaining the proper
illsurance.
