Introduction
Jolln Licllter, Leiscll .l\ssociates, Inc. sent tlle Ground\vater IvIonitoring Results froln tlle Old City Dump
(located in Hillside Park soutll of CS.ll\.H 12) on July 13, 2006. Liesch .lL\ssociates, Ine completed the
ground\vater satnpling on June 27, 2006. Samples \vere taken at monitoring \veils ~f\\!-2, and :~vf\\1-3
\"vithin tlle dutnp, and tlle Hipsag residential \velllocated southeast of tlle dump.
Discussion
Only OIle con1polilld, 1,1,2-tricllloroetllylene (fCE), was detected above the laboratory method
detectiol1 level in MW-3 at a low level. The Hipsag well had no VOC compoul1ds detected. VOC
conce11trations at the lllOllitoring well locations continue to decline. The concentrations are below
CUITellt Minnesota Departlnel1t of Health (MDH) Health Risk Limits (HRLs) for drinking water.
