Human Resources Representati'~le Lauren \Vipper continues to \vork \Vitll Rod I<.elsey of Riley,
Dettmann, and I-Celsey on a revised pay plan for 2007. .L~s of tlle titne dus memo \vas drafted, the pay plan
\vas not read)! for distribution. Tile current plan is to lla\Te :L\Jr. I(elsey at tlle meeting to distribute and
discuss tlle proposed pay plan.
2007 Budget:
COllliTIUnity Dev-elopment Director Scott Clark and City Engineer Terry Ivfaurer \vill be present to discuss
tlleir budgets and ans\ver questions tlle Council may lla\Te about any changes planned for tlleir
departments for 2007. i\.dditionally, as time permits, I \vill pro\ride information on tile finance, human
resource, Mayor and Council, administration, and information technology budgets. On September 5th we
\vill focus mainly on parks and recreation budgets, including dle library, ice arena, and Pine\vood Golf
Course.
TIle general and special re\Tenue fund budgets \vill be distributed in their entirety prior to tile September
5tll lTleeting so tlle Councilllas adequate titne to re'vie\v the inforlnation before discussion that nigllt.
