SUBJECT: FIRE DEPARTMENT COPY MACHINE
I am requesting approval to purchase a copy machine for the Fire
Department. Below are quotes on a new machine from Metro Sales and
Minnesota Copy Systems. I would recommend the Toshiba 1710 Copier with
document feeder at a cost of $3,018.00. An optional sorter for the machine
could be purchased at a later date at a cost of $650.00.
