SUBJECT: Application for Consumption and
Display (Set-up) Permit for Elk River
Country Club and Chin Yuen
Restaurant
INTRODUCTION

Elk River Country Club and Chin Yuen Restaurant have made application
for renewal of set-up licenses for their businesses. Set-up licenses are
granted by the State Liquor Control Division. The City Council, however,
must approve each license prior to issuance by the State.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion to approve the Consumption and Display permits requested by Elk
River Country Club and Chin Yuen Restaurant.
