REZONE APPROXIMATELY 15 ACRES
FROM 11 TO RIBI PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning Commission requested to table this item at their March
meeting and directed staff to research financing opportunities for Custom
Motors. In addition, the Planning Commission wanted an updated legal
opinion from the City Attorney prior to taking any action on this item. This
item will be brought back to the Planning Commission April 26, 1994, for
recommendation to the City Council on May 16, 1994.

I recommend that this item be tabled until the May 16, 1994, City Council
meeting.
