SUBJECT: REQUEST TO VACATE A PORTION OF
6TH STREET
ISSUE
Ken Beaudry of Beaudry Express Convenience Store and Gas Station is
requesting a vacation of a portion of 6th Street along Highway 10
immediately east of Proctor Avenue. However, before this vacation can be
approved, staff is working with Mr. Beaudry to finalize some documents and
obtain information in order to approve the vacation request. This
information has not been received at this time, therefore, staff is requesting
the City Council table this item until the May 16 Council meeting.
