4.2.
Special City Council and Fire Department Meeting
-
Staff has been advised that there is a Health Care Delivery
Commission meeting scheduled on 5/5/94 which would cause a conflict
for a couple of people to attend a special meeting between the Fire
Department and the City Council on that date. Accordingly, Jim
Nystrom, Assistant Chief and President of the Relief Association, has
advised us that Wednesday, May 4, 1994, would be an acceptable date
for a joint Fire Department and City Council meeting. If this date is
acceptable to the City Council, then a motion should be made which
rescinds the 4/11/94 City Council motion that called for a 5/5/94 special
City Council and Fire Department meeting. Following this motion, the
City Council should then call a special meeting for Wednesday, May 4,
1994, at 7:00 p.m., at the Fire Station.

Trunk Sewer and Water Improvement Proiect/Public Hearing
Please see the attached information from the City Engineer regarding
this agenda topic.
6.
Elk Park Center Developer's Agreement

It was intended that a draft Developer's Agreement be included with
the memos on this issue. However, this document was not included
and is now attached for your review. The cover memos from Peter
Beck and myself outlined some of the conditions and terms that are
included in the Developer's Agreement. The draft that is now attached
may still need some minor changes at the City Council meeting, but
this draft should be very close to the final version and includes some of
the changes that were discussed by the developers and City staff
between 4/18-20. The attached Developer's Agreement is a cleaner
version of the Agreement that would have been in the packet. If you

7.
Elk Park Center PUD Agreement
Attached for your review is a revised PUD Agreement. As with agenda
item #6, the Developer's Agreement, there may also be a few additional
changes in this PUD Agreement that will need to be discussed by the
City Council on 4/21/94. However, this document should be close to a
final version and contains changes that have been discussed by staff
and the developers over the last few days. A new Exhibit B is also
enclosed.
