Janet McCarty is requesting a transient merchant license to operate a coffee delivery service to local
businesses.
Discussion
Ms. McCarty will be going to different locations such as high school football games and the Northstar
Commuter rail serving coffee products from an RV. She has received permission from the various
organizations authorizing sales on their property. As her business grows she may be at different locations
throughout the community.
The Police Department completed a successful background check.
