SUBJECT: CITY HALL PROJECT UPDATE

BOR-SON and EOS Architecture are had a final walk-through of City Hall
on Friday, April 15, 1994. Some minor corrections are still being completed
for items identified as problems and concerns during the 4/15 final
inspection. The City has been in the new facility for just over one year, and,
as such, the general warranty period on the facility is ending. Some specific
components within the facility, such as the roof and mechanical equipment,
have longer warranty periods beyond the one year general warranty time
frame. At this 5/2/94 City Council meeting, Nick Ruehl from EOS would like
to make a brief presentation to the City Council on the status of the facility
and in order to put some closure on the construction project.
