SUBJECT: SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
REAPPORTIONMENT
In accordance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429, the City Council is
asked to approve a special assessment reapportionment on Parcel 75-130-
1202. This parcel is owned by Mark and Sue Barrett and was split into two
parcels earlier this year. The original parcel had an assessment due of
$2,442.34 for the assessment adopted on November 19, 1979, for street
improvements.
The assessment is to be reapportioned as follows:
