SUBJECT: WITHDRAWING PRELIMINARY PLAT
REQUEST BY JOYCE MICKELSON,
PUBLIC HEARING, CASE NO. P 94-3

This application was originally submitted to the City February 22, 1994.
However, the application has been tabled at previous Planning Commission
and City Council meetings due to the lack of information. Upon further
review by the applicant, ground water conditions on the property have
convinced the applicant that the plat, as originally proposed is not feasible at
this time. The applicant is requesting the preliminary plat application be
withdrawn. Future considerations for platting this property will require
submitting a new application along with the appropriate information.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the City Council approve Joyce Mickelson's request to
withdraw her preliminary plat application for North Meadows Second
Addition.
