OVERVIEW
This application is a conditional use permit request to construct an auto mall
immediately north of Burger Time on the west side of Carson Street. Staff
has done a partial review of this development proposal and has asked the
applicant to provide additional information in order to complete an adequate
review of the proposal. Therefore, this item has been tabled until the May
24, 1994 Planning Commission meeting.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the City Council table this item until the June 20, 1994
City Council meeting.
