At Highwav 10 and Highwav 169 in Elk River (NORTHWEST): Reconstruct
interchange and widen bridge. Traffic will be restricted to one lane north and south
bound Highway 101, one lane westbound Highway 10. Ramp to west bound
Highway 10 will be closed. Ramp from northbound Highway 101 to eastbound
Highway 10 will be closed. Major traffic impacts. Anticipated completion date:
