SUBJECT: UPDATE ON SURFACE WATER
MANAGEMENT UTILITY FEE
An update on the status of storm sewer billing will be presented on Tuesday.
At this time, all of the parcels are inventoried. The records we received from
the County do not indicate the acreage for some of the undeveloped and most
of the commercial property. Acreage for those parcels will need to be
determined before calculations can be made on the amount of revenue that
will be received. Additional information on this item will be presented at the
meeting.
