Request for temporary on-sale
nonintoxicating malt liquor license by
the Chamber of Commerce for July 4th
celebration
INTRODUCTION
The Chamber of Commerce has made application for a nonintoxicating
temporary on-sale beer license. The beer will be sold in conjunction with the
annual Fourth of July celebration to be held at Lake Orono Park.

In the past, the City has waived the $20 license fee for this event. Staff is
requesting that Council continue with this past practice of waiving the
license fee.
RECOMMENDATION
Council motion to approve a one day temporary nonintoxicating on-sale beer
license as requested by the Chamber of Commerce for the 4th of July
celebration to be held at Orono Park and that the $20.00 license fee be
waived.
