5.2. Reauest for temporary on-sale nonintoxicatinl! malt liquor
license
The Church of St. Andrew has made a request for a temporary
nonintoxicating malt liquor license. The beer will be sold on August 21, in
conjunction with the annual parish festival. The sale of beer will take place
on the property of St. Andrew's Church located at 428 Irving Avenue.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion to approve the request for a nonintoxicating on-sale malt
liquor license as requested by the Church of St. Andrew for August 21.
5.3. Reauest for exemption from lawfull!amblinl! license
The Church of St. Andrew has made application for an Exemption from
Lawful Gambling License. The license will allow St. Andrew's Church to
conduct the following gambling activities during the Parish festival on
August 21: bingo, raffles, and pull-tabs.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to approve the request for an Exemption from Lawful
Gambling License as requested by the Church of St. Andrew.
