SUBJECT: Renewal of 1994-95 Liquor Licenses
INTRODUCTION
Liquor licenses must be renewed by July 1, 1994. The renewal process
includes approval by the City Council and the State Liquor Control Board.
The State approves all on-sale liquor, wine and club licenses following
approval of the City Council.
At the time of this writing, staff has received a majority of the liquor
applications, license fees and certificates of insurance. Rather than holding
up the entire process, staff is requesting that approval of the following
licenses be contingent upon submittal of all license fees, applications and
insurance certificates.
