RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING
ALAN AND SHIRLEY HOEBELHEINRICH FOR THEIR
OUTSTANDING CITIZENSHIP IN THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, Alan and Shirley Hoebelheinrich have been long term residents of Elk River;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to Alan and Shirley Hoebelheinrich for
allowing the City of Elk River's Heritage Preservation Commission and St. Cloud State
University to conduct public archaeological digs on their property in the summers of 2005
and 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River looks forward to continuing this partnership in 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River
that Alan and Shirley Hoebelheinrich are recognized as outstanding citizens in the City of
Elk River.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 2nd day of October
2006.
