SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
REQUEST BY DARKENWALD FAMILY
PARTNERSHIP, PUBLIC HEARING,
CASE NO. CU 94-11

This conditional use permit has been presented to the Planning Commission
at their April 26 and May 24, 1994, meetings. At the last meeting, the
Planning Commission took public comment and discussed the proposal
presented. Several issues were presented by City staff and a number of
comments were expressed by the residents of the Guardian Angels Care
Center, immediately to the west. In addition, specific details of road
improvements to Carson Street needed to be addressed. Therefore, the
Planning Commission continued this item until the June 21, 1994, Special
Planning Commission meeting.
Assuming the Planning Commission makes a recommendation at their June
21st meeting, this item is scheduled to be brought before the City Council on
July 5, 1994.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the City Council table this conditional use permit request
by Darkenwald Family Partnership, public hearing, Case No. CD 94-11, until
July 5, 1994.
