SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
REQUEST BY SOLID ROCK CHURCH,
PUBLIC HEARING, CASE NO. CU 94-15
At the May 24, 1994, Planning Commission meeting, the Commission
continued the public hearing by Solid Rock Church for a conditional use
permit to operate a school for grades K-12, from the lower level of the church.
This item was continued to allow the applicant enough time to submit a
traffic study on the impacts of a school on the local streets of the Brentwood
Subdivision. Staff recommends this item be tabled and brought back before
the City Council on July 18, 1994.
