Riverside Companies would like to request an extension of the Preliminary Plat Approval
of Hillside Estates Eighth Addition and Eagles Marsh. Construction of Hillside Estates
Tenth Addition was completed this past summer. We do not anticipate fInishing the
Eleventh or Twelfth Additions for at least another year. Construction of Eagles Marsh 2nd
Addition was completed this past summer as well. We do not anticipate fInishing the
Third or Fourth Additions for at least another year. Riverside Companies is asking for
these extensions to stay in compliance with Minnesota State Statues for platting. It is our
understanding that this is a "paperwork" issue that can be handled at the City Council as a
consent agenda item. Please contact me at your convenience to discuss this matter.
