PHIL HALS, STREET/P ARK SUPT.
DATE:

SUBJECT:MAINTENANCEAGREEMENT~TH
WRIGHT COUNTY
Each year since 1986, the city has entered into a maintenance agreement
with Wright County for the bridge over the Mississippi River on County Road
42/Parrish Avenue.
This maintenance work has been routinely done with other street projects
and causes no work overload for our department. We have maintained an
excellent working relationship with Wright County and I recommend that the
City Council approve the attached maintenance agreement.
