SUBJECT: SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
*7.12. Call Julv 5. 1994. City Council Meeting for 7:00 p.m.

The special City Council meeting for July 5, 1994, was inadvertently
called for 6:00 p.m. All the agenda items for this meeting are public
hearings and are published for 7:00 p.m. Accordingly, it is appropriate
for the City Council to approve a motion changing the meeting time for
the July 5 Council meeting to begin at 7:00 p.m.
*7.13. Call Special Julv 11. 1994. City Council Meeting for 6:00 P.M.
Staff is requesting the City Council to call a special meeting for
Monday, July 11, 1994, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., to receive
recommendations on the Surface Water Management Plan. Staff
anticipates presenting a Surface Water Management Ordinance, the
Developer's Surface Water Fee Policy, and the rates and revenue
projections for the surface water monthly utility fee. It is anticipated
that these revenues will finance surface water management projects
that have been authorized in 1994 (over $1 million worth of work), and
projects that will be needed in the next few years as they relate to the
County ditch system and such areas as Main Street/Evans Avenue.
