Colleen Frojd, part time custodian for the Building Maintenance Department, has submitted her
resignation with November 9, 2006 as her last day.
Discussion
Staff would like to start the hiring process as soon as possible. We will rotate the existing custodial staff
to cover Colleen's areas of responsibility until a replacement can be hired.

City Council is asked to accept the resignation of Colleen Frojd and to authorize staff to begin the
process to hire a replacement.
