At its meeting on November 14,2006, the Planning Commission recommended denial of the Liberty
Heights Estates preliminary plat, including the expansion of the urban services boundary. After receiving
this recommendation and meeting with staff, the applicant agreed to table the item until the December 4,
2006 City Council meeting, to allow staff to address issues and provide information raised by the
Planning Commission, in anticipation the Council may share these same issues and desire this same
information.
The Council is asked to open the public hearing and continue the public hearing to the December 4, 2006
Council meeting. A formal presentation of the information and plat will occur on December 4.
No presentation is planned for Monday evening, but staff will be available to answer any questions.
