1. Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council acting as
the Canvassing Board was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Acting Mayor Farber.
2. Canvass Results of General Election
City ClerkJoan Schmidt reviewed the general election results from Tuesday, November 7,
2006.
MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN AND SECONDED BY
COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 06-123
CANVASSING THE NOVEMBER 7,2006 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION
RESULTS. MOTION CARRIED 4-0.

There being no further business, Acting Mayor Farber adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River City Council at 6:34 p.m.
