Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session of the Elk River City CDuncil was
called to order at 8: 15 p.m. by Mayor Klinzing.
Performance Evaluation - City Administrator
The City Council conducted a performance evaluation of City Administrator Lori Johnson.

There being no further business, Mayor Klinzing adjourned the Executive Session of the Elk River
