As you may recall at the last Council meeting on the Consent agenda there was an item for the annual
renewal of licenses for kennel, tobacco, massage, etc. There were a few applicants who were not included
on that list for approval because the city did not receive their renewal application.
Discussion
Following is a list of additional renewals for your consideration:
Massage Therapist-Darcey Engelke
Tobacco License-Rockwoods Elk River Country Club
· Rockwoods has only been open for one year and had one compliance check, which they passed.
Tobacco License-Fraternal Order of Eagles
· The Eagles have had eight compliance checks within the last five years and they passed all of
them.
