The applicant has requested to postpone this item to the February 2007 Planning Commission
meeting in order to provide a more detailed application, resulting in a February City Council
meeting.
The Planning Commission opened the Public Hearing for this item on December 12, 2006 and
continued it to the February 13, 2007 meeting. The City Council's action tonight is to postpone this
item to the February 20,2007 regular meeting.
