A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE
OF A SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
\\lHEREAS,
the City~ Council of the City of Elk River recognizes the need for the use of a
safety deposit box; and
\VHEREAS,
the City Council of the City,'" of Elk River authorizes dle rental of a safety
deposit box at the First National Bank of Elk River.
NO\V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Elk River gives
authority to the City .;.\dnunistrator, Finance Director, and City Clerk for this use.
