The 2007 budget contains funds for tlle addition of one laborer position for tlle Street Departlnent and
aIle laborer position for tlle Building i\famtenance Departlnent.
Discussion
COllncil autllorization is needed to start tlle h..irlllg process. I \vould like to add tlle t\vo laborer positions
as SOOll as possible. Tiley \"vill be respol1sible for Sllo\Teling S110\V from tlle side\valks at City Hall, tlle
Library, Public Safety BlWdlllg and Fire Station #1.
Financial Impact
\Xlages and benefit package are included III tlle 2007 budget.
