The Elk River City Council \vill be attending League of I:vIinnesota Cities Conferences in Grand Rapids,
11innesota. A quorum of the Council \vill be present at the conference but they \vill not be convening a
City Council meeting and no action \vill be taken.
Discussion
Councilmember Zenvas \vill be attending the Ne\vl}1 Elected Officials Conference and Councilmembers
Gumphrey, Farber, and I:vlotin will be attending the Experienced Officials Conference.
There should be no discussion of city business by the attending members either outside or during the
training session as it could be seen as a violation of the open meeting la\v.
