llalf years as a Building Permit Tecllnician/Custolner Service Representative. Staff is pleased \\ritll

Financial Impact
Jessica \vould start at Pay Grade 6, Step C ($21.81 per 110ur). S11e \vould recei\Te a cost ofli~ving increase
beginning January 1, 2008, and then receiv'e l1er fust step increase July 1,2008 dependent upon a
successful perforlnance re\Tie\v.
