The applicant has agreed to extend their Conditional Use Permit (CU 06-27) and Final Plat (P 06-17)
requests to the February 13, 2007 Planning Commission meeting and the February 20, 2007 City Council
meeting.
Action Requested
Staff will not be presenting a formal presentation but would ask that the public hearing be opened and
then continued to the February 20, 2007 City Council meeting.
