RESOLUTION 07-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ASSISTANT WEED INSPECTOR
WHEREAS,
:Minnesota Statutes require the Mayor to act as a local weed inspector for the
City of Elk River; and
WHEREAS,
:Minnesota Statutes also provides for the appointment of an assistant weed
inspector to act on behalf of the Mayor; and
WHEREAS,
the assistant weed inspector is granted the same power, authority, and
responsibility as the Mayor in the capacity of Weed Inspector.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Phil Hals is hereby appointed as Assistant Weed
Inspector for the City of Elk River for the term of Mayor Stephanie Klinzing from January 1, 2007 to
December 31, 2010.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of January 2007.
